Booking deposit$50 per person · non-refundable
A $50 non-refundable booking deposit per person is required to secure your appointment or wedding date.
The deposit is applied toward the total service price and is not an additional charge.
For example, for a $250 bridal hairstyle, a $50 deposit is paid at the time of booking and the remaining balance is $200.
The booking deposit is non-refundable from the moment the appointment is confirmed.
Travel & parkingFirst 20 miles included
Travel within the first 20 miles is included.
For locations more than 20 miles away, a $2 per mile travel fee applies to the additional mileage.
Travel mileage is calculated round trip — to and from the location.
Parking, valet, and other location-specific parking fees, if applicable, are the client’s responsibility.
Hair preparationClean, completely dry & product-free
For the best and longest-lasting results, please prepare your hair before your appointment by following these guidelines:
- Wash your hair thoroughly with shampoo. Shampoo twice if needed to make sure the hair and scalp are completely clean.
- Apply a small amount of conditioner to the ends only. Please avoid applying conditioner to the roots.
- Hair should be washed and fully dried at least 4–5 hours before your appointment.
- Please arrive with 100% dry hair. Hair should not be damp or wet.
- Please do not apply oils, hair masks, leave-in conditioners, serums, heat protectants, styling creams, or other styling products before your appointment.
- Hair should be clean, dry, and product-free when styling begins.
- If you have naturally curly or very textured hair and would like a smooth hairstyle, please blow-dry your hair as straight and smooth as possible using a round brush or blow-dry brush.
- If you are unable to straighten or smooth your curly hair beforehand, that is okay — please just make sure your hair is clean and completely dry.
Proper hair preparation helps your hairstyle hold better, last longer, and allows us to achieve the best possible result for your special day.
